Express Train now Departing

This website IS the "express train" and it will bring you the truth, it will attempt to bring you the whole truth and will bring you nothing but the truth.

Our Purpose

This train will carry indispensable, truthful yet suppressed information regarding the current lawsuit against the Hampshire Hamlet Community Association ("HHCA").

It will combat any false, distorted information you have received or will receive. It will strive to present only truthful information. And if we are proven wrong about anything we publish, we will acknowledge and correct it immediately. And that retraction will remain permanently on our website.

The Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities ("CCOC") encourages educating members of community associations about disputes to facilitate resolution.

We understand that some would rather members not be educated. Therefore, this website might disappear without notice and without our consent. If that happens it will shortly thereafter appear under a different URL.

We encourage you to download information in case that happens. If due to some progress with the HHCA, we decided to "un-publish" this website, we will let you know in advance.

Invitation to President Winkler and ACC Member Wynn

We have invited President Winkler to write an introductory article for this website. We are also extending the same invitation to Architectural Control Committee ("ACC") member Karen Wynn.
